The brief was to deliver Steve Day Real Estate a new website using WordPress technology that would be responsive to mobile phone and tablets (iPhone and Android). Steve Day Real Estate in Cronulla needed a website which showcased the existing business services which are focused towards property sales and real estate management, but also communicating to customers, new and old the preferred contact points and also information on the Sydney Property Market.

With sone key real estate plugins and some optimisation, on eof the keys ervcies for the website was to showcase the for lease property roster, and also the properties for sale including photo gallery and key information for each property.
The website should be built and launched to achieve immediate inbound traffic by being submitted and optimised for Search Engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing and connecting with social media, and supporting the fundamentals of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
The new website should enable easy administrator access for multiple users of different levels of security, and enable easy content updates. For users the site architecture provided a user friendly User Experience (UX). At a high level the website should perform as the business contact point and showcase for the Steve Day Real Estate brand.
Traffic projects would be supported as the website had a Google analytics account created and connected to the website. All contact forms had spam protection and also the required plugins to block robot spam.
